How do you make Win ME show you all programs when you click programs in the START menu?

What exactly do you mean by "all" programs? Do you mean literally all exe's on your system, or do you mean that you just want the programs there without the folders?

Or do you mean that you don't want half the stuff removed until you click on the double arrows at the bottom or wait a while? If its this, then turn off personalized menus. I think you can do this from the taskbar properties...

When I click START then Programs it displays the most recent programs I've accessed not ALL the Programs I have under START then Programs.
