the stickiness is a function of both the amount of water and the type of rice. generally the more water you add, and the fatter the rice grain, the stickier it is. unless you want the really really sticky kind in which case you'll want the kind I linked to

you can't go wrong with sticky rice...after successfully cooking one. Just don't leave out in the air all day..it rots faster 😛
