Whip some eggs with a little milk, dip a piece of bread in that and grill it with some butter.

That's about it IIRC.

What they said. you can "spice it up" really simply by adding some vanilla extract if ya got it with a few sprinkles of ground cinnamon. That does sound good though!

Beat eggs like you would if you were making scrambled eggs.. put some butter in the pan... dip bread into egg to coat both side and fry until golden brown... now.. if you want cinnamon in there.. just shake some into the egg mixture and then coat the bread and fry :)

After dipping, throw coated bread into a hot pan, this will make it rise which inturn will make it very fluffy.

Whip up a banana that is throughly ripe, mix it with the egg 50/50, add milk to thin the mixture, dip the bread and cook.

make 2 peices as stated above. mash up or cut up one banana. put the banana mixtue between the two coated slices of bread. then fry.
you may want to try adding some chopped walnuts to the bananas too. instead of using syrup on top, try using a little pure honey and powered sugar!

Sure. Why not?

I dunno, I thought you put cinnamon in them or something, which could make questionable eggs.

Sure it would make it taste funny, but then again I don't know if cinnamon will affect the denaturing of the proteins and cause cooking to be different than expected.

make sure you use white and not wheat. also, thicker slices tend to work better. Brioche is the best.

Wow ! those are both cool sounding banana recipes.

Got me thinking, I bet banana nut bread could be used to make french toast, any thoughts ?
