how do you make mac & cheese with that milky goodness?

i usually cook more complicated dishes (you should have seen my menu for last weekend when my sister came in!), but the mac n cheese at the grocery deli looks nice and i'd love to replicate it.

Yep, gotta have eggs for good mac. My mom makes the best baked mac & cheese. It's more like mac & cheese casserole...I could eat it for dinner alone.

It is possible to just put the noodles in a microwaveable bowl, add a bunch of milk, microwave for two minutes, stir, microwave for another minute, stir, add butter, stir, then add cheese. Some people like to add cream cheese as well.
