Just wondering. I'm sure I do it way too plain. I pretty much just cook the veggies in boiling water for a bit and dump it out and pour oyster sauce on it...

A digression, did you know in Hong Kong there's a slang called stiry fry gai lan, it means [accidentally] kick someone in the back of the knee. It's a term primarily for soccer.

It's a chinese vegetable.
I usually just boil it, and then add oyster sauce and a little bit of seasme oil to it.
