HOw do you make a Systems disk in Win2000?

I assuming you mean the 4 recovery disks that it prompts to make during install.

There's a folder on the Win2k CD called BOOTDISK. Go into there and run the executable. It is a DOS-based utility that will automatically make the disks for you. Have 4 blank, formatted floppies ready.

It's on the W2k CD. Browse around....sorry, but mine is not handy.

look in the BOOTDISK directory, run MakeBT32 in Windows, or MAKEBOOT in DOS.

If you are referring to the Emergency Repair Disk, you'd never guess where they put it:

Start>Programs>Accessories>System tools>backup

It took me a long time to figure that one out.

insert win2k cd, run: "d:\bootdisk\makeboot a:" this should make a systems disk (might be more than 2 disks)

you'll have a hard time running DOS in win2k.
