I have a digital camera and burned the .jpg files from the flashcard to a CD-R. I then went to one of those self serve photo booths in Wal Mart to try and print my pictures out. It couldnt read my CDR, it said it has to be a photo CD. Any ideas on how to make this? I didnt see this option in Adaptec's EasyCD Creater version 4. Let me know, thanks.

I believe that the photo booths are for previous customers. In other words, they use thier own format, SO, you have to pay to have your pictures developed by walmart and THEN get a CD. Those you can use in the booths.

They might be using Kodaks format, in which case you can buy, but very pricey!

There is no way around the cost of ~35 cents (online shops like snapfish, more at camera shops) a picture for digital cameras.

If someone knows better, let me in on it.

You are absolutely right. You need to make the CD in the Kodak photo CD format. Some programs can do this and others cannot. The machine at the store cannot read a data cd out of a PC...it is looking specifically for a kodak photoCD. I think Easy CD can do this but not sure. JPG will not look that great anyway. You really shoudl start with TIFF or better yet shoot on film and scan negatives.
