One of the people in the building next to me has this cat that's gone bezerk.. it's CONSTANTLY screaming (not meowing, it sounds almost like a screeching baby). It sits in the window and makes these noises. I'm this close to pegging it with an airsoft gun right now. My cat doesn't make any noise, what the hell is wrong with this one?!?

 
Sounds like it's in heat! HAHAHA! Do you have a German Shepard by chance? That would shut it up real quick. I love cats, but I know that sound and it's hell.
