How do you make a bootable floppy with Win2k?

I need a bootable floppy to flash my AV7133 BIOS. It was easy in 98, but I can't seem to find it Win2k. I'm not talkin bout the 4 bootable floppys that you can make for the Win2k set up. I need just a plain old floppy that'll give me a a:\ to run the "flash" utility.

Make a DOS bootdisk. It's fast, it's easy and that's how I update my BIOS on my Win2k box.
