If it's like 9x you should be able to do it with a Windows app, right click on the drive and there should be &quot;Format&quot;

IIRC, DOS features like makeing a system disk are gone in Windows ME.

The thing is I am trying to flash my KA7 Bios and I need to format a bootable disk

So just make a windows boot disk? from add/remove programs?
