How do you maintain extra spaces or tabs in a post?

I want to line up parts of a post in a column. Extra spaces or tabs are stripped out when I do a "preview".

Want to put the "Text" 10 spaces from the times on the same line so the text starts in the same column. Maybe this is not possible?
