Wait, if it was sent to the Equadorian Military, why is the Equador government investigating? You would think the government and the military would be united in any foreign relations activity.

yea....but China's been known to give "gifts" for better trading relations...and that's only bad news for the US....South America is a HUGE trading partner with the US...Chile/Argentia are the biggest I think, and Equador is up there, correct me if I'm wrong
