How do you loop a game demo?

I just downloaded a Q3 Demo and was wondering how you go about looping it? I've heard of people looping demos and was wondering.

I'd like to know too...I used to remember the commands and it required an Autoexec.cfg file to do it properly. I really wish I could remember!

Welp you could use 3dmark 2001 SE just click options and then loop... keep in mind it does each test the number of times you enter before moving onto the next test....
