How do you list words?

Hello I try explain this simple.
How do I make every sentence a word? For example ' My name is Bob' into this http://gyazo.com/dda97becf0a2d7564a46adf18e46e60a
I dont want to manually press Enter every space. Do you know what I mean? If yes does anyone know how to do this without press enter evertime? Really appreciate the help thanks

Yes but I don't want to manually hit the enter button hence why I ask how you do this without hitting enter

find or replace only replaces the character / words/ lines . it doesnt have any work adding new line .
