How do you like your forms?

I'm building a few forms, and they have about 25 fields each. I am deciding if I want to make them:

A: Long, with each element on top of each other

B: Long, but smaller elements side by side other smaller elements

C: In steps, with each step only a few form elements. aka, fill in a few elements, click submit, move on to step 2.
