I love eggs.

I prefer them sunny-side up and the bottom cryspy and golden brown with Salt and a lot of black pepper.

I'm thinking about making a mess of eggsalad when I get home from work, though, to make egg salad sandwiches... if only I could remember how to make it. heh. boiled eggs + mayo + paprika + bread, right?

eggwhites + light mayo ftw?

yolk kinda grosses me out.
 
Over medium - too often when you order over easy the whites are still too runny - it's a fine line... 😀
 
between over easy and over medium. Whole wheat toast with jelly and butter on the side to dip the egg with. i also love sausage with it and a big glass of OJ.
I love eggs. Hard boiled or soft boiled are good too.
 
ive never been a huge egg fan, only had them scrambled. then i tried easy over .. can't say i cared for it much, the yolk didnt taste like much of anything and was annoyingly running all over.

scrambled or over hard with broken yolk.
