Egg invention I created after seeing an opened faced roast beef sandwich on tv:

2 eggs (any style)
2 pieces toast
2 pieces bacon
1 slice american cheese
1 cup chili

Make a sandwich, pour the chili on top-- WOW!!! Don't do it more than once a week or you'll die of a stroke, but WOW!!!!

Eggs + Milk (Just a little bit for fluffiness) + Cheese = Scrambled.

Something I try every now and then is diced tomatoes + scrambled eggs. Sounds nasty, but it taste decent to me.

Also, Scrambled plain, put it on mayonaised peices of bread = egg sandwich...

But, if I've got time scrambled: Onions, garlic, cheese, bayou blast spices, peppers, veggies.

Omlet if the the wife is doing it.
