Chili is awesome.
I tend to like it thick.

I like all chili, but my very favorite is when it's super super spicy. I tend to stick to Beef Chili, but Turkey Chili is acceptable too.
also, if it doesn't have beans it's not chili. Those fools who try to make beanless chili, they need to stop!
Also, it's good with or without corn in it (though its best if you take cornbread and break it up into the chili ... mmmmmm)
Best to add cheese as well. Cheese is awesome.

Hmm I think it's fairly obvious as to why I'm fat ....

saw "chili bean soup" advertised at a restaurant a while back. id say it exists.

i like mine chunky, but with enough sauce to sop into the corn bread. ill take a thick chili over a runny chili tho.

that's what i use. :)

i'm a Frank's fanboi though. i like the flavour, i wouldn't consider it "hot sauce". but that's only because there are so many hotter sauces... it's more of a medium sauce really. but so delicious... i like it on most meats as well.

its a medium sauce, for sure, and just about the best wing sauce base youll ever find. for my chili ill toss tapatio instead of franks.

The way they make it here in Cincinnati, OH with spaghetti topped with thick chili a little juice beans and cheese on the top. Our chili is different than everywhere else in the US. They make it kinda sweet. The top chili place around here skyline chili uses cocoa in it. It comes as a 3-way with spaghetti chili cheese 4-way either beans or onions added 5-way beans and onions added.

i love ritz and club crackers, but in soups and chili it tastes too buttery for me. i like saltines, but my fave is corn bread. that is just the plain bombdiggity in chili.

I don't like chili, but it seems to me that it should be thick.

Thick. Don't overboard the meat, but load up on beans, peppers, onions, whatever else you put in there. If I wanted soup I'd buy Campbell's.

No, thats like adding ketchup to chilli

This is more appropriate for adding kick to chilli in my honest opinion. Its very tasty, while adding kick. Not too vinegary like the typical choices.

Edit: I read that you enjoy the taste of Frank's. If thats the case, then use that. You can also experiment with adding a few large drops of the Habenero puree for kick and a few teaspoons of the Franks for the flavor. That way you have to bold Frank's flavor with a initial Habenero kick.

Frank's does have an XTRA HOT too.
