I like enough meat to taste the bread, but not so much you can only taste meat. Balance is good. :)

Thick and rare, barbecue singed on the outside. Then, put it on a sourdough bun with a couple of slices of bermuda or vidalia onion, some extra sharp cheddar cheese, tomatoe, lettuce, Heinz ketchup, a little salsa, some avocado. I don't eat red meat very often, but when I do, that's one way I like 'em.

Do they hide the 'burger' under the pickle slice?

No such luck :p The pickle has an average diameter of 1" and from what I gather, lots of pple don't eat them and get thrown away. What a waste. Instead, they substitute it with LOTS of ketchup and chilli sauce... YUCKS..
