How do you like your burger? Thick, medium, or thin?

Thick and rare, barbecue singed on the outside. Then, put it on a sourdough bun with a couple of slices of bermuda or vidalia onion, some extra sharp cheddar cheese, tomatoe, lettuce, Heinz ketchup, a little salsa, some avocado. I don't eat red meat very often, but when I do, that's one way I like 'em.

At least you guys have a choice 🙂 You should see those things they call "burgers" in McDonalds here in Malaysia. They look like plastic toys 😛
Heh!
Do they hide the 'burger' under the pickle slice?

No such luck 😛 The pickle has an average diameter of 1" and from what I gather, lots of pple don't eat them and get thrown away. What a waste. Instead, they substitute it with LOTS of ketchup and chilli sauce... YUCKS..

I just had a double double at in-n-out "protein style" (no buns, just meat wrapped in lettuce. IT WAS GOOD
