Seems like a stupid Queston.. Because it is... Lol

I have the rasa rx360 and after a pump that wouldn't pump i got a replacement.

The pump reservoir that came with is almost silent. I can see the water kind of vibrate a very little bit, buy it could be due to the fans.

So do you guys have a thing or a trick to check if the pump is pumping at optimal or good condition?

If your temps are not super high then there is a good chance your pump is working.

If the pump failed you would have your PC shut down or become really really slow.
 
if the water inside your res is moving.. it means there is flow... because if there was no flow.... you wouldnt get water going into the res, which is why ur seeing the water move inside the res.
