How do you know when you need help?

well last week I tried to kill myself twice, both drunk, which made me think I wasn't crazy since I did it drunk, but it does wear on your mind, especially since alcohol is a depressant. I told myself that, since I had the ability to question whether I was crazy or not, I wasn't crazy.

I thought about going to a psych, but after not drinking I feel a lot better, so... I don't know, just be honest with yourself.🙂

1. your friends tell you to seek help because they care about you.

2. you don't feel good about yourself and want to sleep in all the time.

3. you take those depression tests and answer "yes" to at least 5 of the 7 questions. (this also covers #2 and #4)

4. you feel hopeless about everything with nothing to look forward to.

been there, done that. it's good to get yourself help if you really need it.
