How do you know if you're going insane?

Actually, I've felt that way too. Take a week or two off from your usual lifestyle, get out, exercise, meet new people. Its all in your head, think of all the things in your life you take for granted. Family, friends, and health. Those are the only things that matter.

when other people want to put you into an asylum, you can safely assume you are insane

i think the definition of insanity generally requires you to not comprehend that the problem is yours. typically you start thinking your the only normal one and everyone else in the world has started behaving strangely.

at least that what the voices tell me.

if you can comprehend that you think your going insane, your probably not ... if that makes any sense.

Family and Friends are NOT all that matters. Sometimes, it's those two things that are messing w/your head.

Definitely get out and see/smell/taste/touch/feel/hear new things. Just get some fresh air, dude. Physically and mentally.

BTW, don't mistake stress for insanity. Many times, the former can simulate the latter very effectively.
