Who cares if he took the beer? Even if he did what does it prove? Maybe he was hungry and looked through every cupboard in the house and stumbled across you and your sisters hidden trap. Now he's a sociopath? At least he ain't hiding beers around the house trying to ensnare you.

his older sister lived with us up until 2 weeks ago... he still managed to steal everything out of her bank account after she moved out. It's really hard to describe the bullshit here man.

They're not HIS kids...under Canuckistan law, can he be legally obligated to let them stay? Granted, he would probably have to go through the legal eviction process...

Guess it depends if he's considered the legal guardian or not.
Though that said the eviction process on it's own is quite ridiculous, at least in Ontario. But I think in his case it's not as bad as they are not considered tenants, more like roommates. For tenants it's ridiculous how the laws are. I knew someone that went through the process and it was several years of hell to try to get an alcoholic out who never paid his bills and caused tons of damage.

People generally suck. Live on your own, you can have 1 medium to large size dog or 2 cats. Or 3 gerbils and one guinea pig. Oh and if you really must you can have 1 reptile of your choice provided you don't have the cats, the dog will be ok. Although if you choose you could have 1 gerbil, 1 cat, a very small dog and a gecko.

and thats how I felt the whole time. so fucked up. I just gave them 20 dollars to go get some food..and by food i mean..no potato chips/popsicles/sugar shit. came home just now to them eating my last can of kidney beens and canned ham....I want to feel bad, but I can't.
