How do you kill someone that can see the future?

You create a tachyon manipulation device to cloud their vision of the future. Then you kill them like you would anyone else.

You enact a plan (plans within plans in fact) in which anything they do will inevitably lead to their death nomatter what they do. If you succeed he'll probably be pretty depressed till it happens.

You dont.

You make them listen to a Justin Beiber/Lady Gaga mix for 72 hours non-stop. He will take care of it for you.

Well, if they knew how they were going to die, they couldn't change it, or it wouldn't be seeing the future anymore. It would just a possible outcome. So if it's just a possible outcome, why wouldn't they see all possible outcomes in which they die? And if they see all possible outcomes, well then their head would explode, there problem solved.

Just because they can see the future doesn't mean they're omniscient. How you do it depends entirely upon just how close to all-knowing they are.
