How do you kick some one out in CS?

I'm just wondering... specially those speed cheaters.

Type listplayers in console.
Then vote #of player in console.

If enough people vote against them, they'd be kicked.

In order for you to kick them out, you need some kind of majority, I think its around 75-80% of the players must also vote them out.

not sure though.

also if youre the admin, you can also kick them out.

Ok, I feel sooo... stupid. How do I get to the console? is it the same thing as chat?

And I was going to ask how to vote too..

it must be enalbed by putting the -console on the shortcut

and then use the "~" button
