We already have a term for twice a month: Semi-monthly(which could also be construed as bi-weekly, but there's usually a little more than 4 weeks in a month.)

Just like semi-annual is every half-year and bi-centennial is a 200 year mark.

bi-weekly= 1 every other week, or every two weeks.

Bi-monthly= 1 every other month, or every two months.

I see many interpreting bi monthly as twice a month, that's a new one on me.

bi mean two right
week mean a week right?

so bi-anything means twice anything right?

so bi- weekly means Twice a week in my book.
