How do you install Nero MP3 serial number?

I got the serial number from them but can't get to the place where you enter it.

In the meantime, I downloaded a free program that converts audio files.

Also, on my Windows 98 computer, audio I record with a microphone stutters in Nero and other programs. How can I stop this?

Where do you find that? I've been looking in the Nero Wave Editor and can't find it there.

Nero Ultra Edition>Nero Burning Rom>Help>Enter New Serial Number

I imagine since Wave Editor is part of the Nero package, that this is the appropriate place to enter the serial number.
