How do you identify memory?

I am trying to find out the CAS level on some memory. They are 256MB PC100 sticks with NEC chips. I typed the serial #'s into google but didn't get any exact matches. Does anyone have a site good for finding out who made a ram stick?

I actually read your original post too quickly and missed the part about you wanting to find out the cas rating only. Set them to run cas2 in the bios and run some stress tests to see if they hold up. 🙂

Thanks for the links. Looks like it is CAS 3 since it uses 10 ns modules.
