How do you identify memory?

I am trying to find out the CAS level on some memory. They are 256MB PC100 sticks with NEC chips. I typed the serial #'s into google but didn't get any exact matches. Does anyone have a site good for finding out who made a ram stick?

Its nec chips:

I checked those links that you posted, but neither seems to help with the CAS level. Thanks.
