How do you hide an IP address.

Hey, does anyone know how to hide an IP address from showing? What I'm trying to accomplish is disabling the ability for people to be able to do an IPconfig or going to network properties and seeing the IP address. I've seen this done on other systems so I know there is a way to do it. Does anyone have any ideas?
 
Yeah, I was thinking group policy also, but I'd have to hunt for it through the GP editor so I just thought I'd ask here first so I don't waste alot of time looking for something that doesn't exist. I guess I'll go through that list and see if I can find it.
