How do you guys organize your Classical Music audio files?

MP3s, OGGs, Monkey Audio files, what-have-you.

My classical music collection is growing with lots of sales going on in my area for some reason. How do you name your files? What do you do if you have two of the same piece by different performers? What directory structure do you use?

I've just kept them all in a "Classical" directory. The files look like this:
Bach-Italian Concer to in F Major Without Indication.mp3

All my Mp3's are by Artist - Song Title...

If my collection for a certain band/singer grow, I make a folder for them. For classical I have like 5 sub-folders for "Vivaldi" "Carl Orff" "Beethoven" etc.

It took time renaming it all but at least I know where everything is.
