How do you guys like Cool n Quiet?

Anyone use it? I hear bad things, but it seems like a good concept.

I have it turned on, but I can't say I've noticed it much.

I suppose it's a similar concept to the throttling back on the P4's??

I enabled it for awhile on my comp and it throttles down to 1GHz under inactivity. It's supposed to throttle back up when needed, but I found that wasn't necessarily the case under gameplay. So, now it's back to disabled

I never use it since I overclock and coll n quiet is not supposed to work well with OCing
