How do you go about tracking down an old friend?

I've got a friend that I'd like to get in touch with just to catch up, but I haven't spoken to her in years and have no idea how to track her down.

I know she got married last year (she mentioned the wedding to me the last time I saw her), and I know the guys name, but I never got his last name, so I have no idea what her legal name is anymore.

Any ideas?

Google? Facebook? If you don't know the last name though good luck, maybe if you know the high school or college they went to and age though..
