Hi,
I'm trying to use Remote Assistance on a PC using Zone Alarm (free version) as a firewall. I setup port forwarding through the remote PC's router and can connect, as long as Zone Alarm is shut down on the remote PC. The two computers are not on the same local network. Is there any way to teach ZA on the remote computer that my PC is not an intruder? Any help appreciated!
Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition
Product Name: ZoneAlarm (Free)
Software Version: 5.5
