I stopped watching TV news a long time ago. I don't remember the last time I bought a newspaper but it had to be 10 years or more. I don't visit the news websites on a regular basis but I will if I'm bored and have finished the internet.

I get most of my news from here. Second would be fark.com. Laugh all you want but it's a great news dump site. Last of all is youtube. I have a couple channels that will post news stories but that is pretty rare, maybe once a month.

So how about you? How and where do you get your news?

I prefer the American thinker and breitbart. I used to watch Brian Williams but he's a liar now.

TV News is awful.

I like radio better - John Batchelor and Hugh Hewitt mostly. My homepage is set to Drudge because its fastest loading page on the web. I like Real Clear site. I find good stuff in forums like this, Slashdot, college forums etc. Daily Beast, WSJ are ok for daily stuff. A little NYT, Politico, HuffPo works. NPR does some good things. I avoid Hannity, Stewart, O'Reilly, Daily Kos etc. I have no idea who the "illuminatini" are but Prison Planet does some good things. Syrian Girl videos are interesting even if she hates Israel/US etc

I just get my news from ATOT.

It has had some unforeseen side effects...

Such as I'm now an agoraphobe because I'm convinced that if I go outside I'll get raped by a feminist school teacher and then beaten to death by her cop boyfriend; I'll then be cremated and buried in one of those cheap bulk urns (about the size of an alternator) that comes with NSA spyware pre-installed.

I skim the usual suspects; CNN (not since that god awful redesign though...blarg), MSN, Yahoo, etc. If something piques my interest I'll delve deeper, Reuters, BBC, Al Jazeera, NPR, even Fox to get their side.

If I want news pertaining to a specific subject I just skip the "skim" portion of the above.

I prefer not to.. if you ignore it you still accomplish the same things day in and day out without all the stress.

Pretty much every day I:

- I hit one or two Euro news sites

- Check US news sites (CNN, Fox, Reuters)

- Watch cable news shows (AJAM, CNN and Fox, will usually check out MSNBC too. I used to check out RT but no longer have access.)

- visit P&N etc
