Rare for contractors to have 401k. Normally, you only get the company match after 2-5 years, which is uncommon (if it occurs at all) for temps.

I'm sure they offer you some variation of a savings plan, though.

Some will have 401K, however, the match is usually very low. Eitherway it allows tax the savings.

DD cost's the employer money and requires software. Thats why some cheapass companies don't provide it.
