How do you get tv out if your laptop doesn't have it?

Also is the quality of it good or no? Is it even worth doing because if the quality not worth it then I don't want to do it.

How do you know before hand that your onboard graphics card will support it?

I have the Intel 900 GMA I think its called. Sorry can't remember exactly.
 
In the back?

The usb ports are on the side.

VGA port and the headphone speaker port and the mircophone port.

Hmm interesting though sorta expensive may be better off just getting a tv tuner card with tv out as well because I bet its around the same price or maybe even cheaper!

Just not sure what interface I should go with yet with a tv tuner card. So many interfaces to choose from!
