How do you get the knobs off this darn fan controller?

Just got one of these from the egg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16811999046

now, since I just got my silverstone SG03, I was assuming that THEIR fan controller would fit in THEIR case. Apparently not. The knobs need to be about 3/4 the size they are currently. Any ideas on how to take these current ones off? I've pulled as much as I want to, I really don't want to break it. Halp? Oh, and here's the case with its new paint scheme. Paint looks a lot brighter in the picture.

If there isn't a retention screw on the side of the knob then it pulls right off. They may be glued into place. You'll just have to keep pulling till they come off.

Thats kind of an exspecive controler for just having 3 pots on it. For $25 i would exspect a bit more from it then that. I'd exspect to see something more along the lines of this.

I was trying to stay away from blue led's this time since my main scheme is red and black, plus the controller that I got includes a controller that can be installed where the video/sound cards are usually installed. Thanks for the help though!

Yup, pull or use something to pry with and they'll come off. If you break the pot, just borrow one from the PCI slot plate - they are all the same.
