How do you get the domain login prompt in Outlook 2000 when over a modem?

Doh 🙁 I go through this every time I reinstall Windows. Usually I find the setting, but I can't this time (you'd think I'd be smart enough to write it down).

I'm trying to get the domain login prompt that asks for your username, password, and domain on a computer using a modem to connect. I thought that Control Panel/Mail/Exchange Server Properties/Advanced/Logon Network Security set to "none" forced it to prompt you when you start Outlook, but it's just trying to connect and failing. I don't have my login information set anywhere in Windows.

Any ideas? I promise I'll write the settings down this time 😀
