how do you get the contents of your hard disk using VB?

you need to declare an instance of the File System Object (FSO) from there you can do whatever you want, traverse directories, create and delete directories, open, edit, and close files, move files, copy files, delete files, you get the idea

check out http://msdn.microsoft.com and look up "File System Object" to get started

I haven't used it yet. I usually use the older Kill, ChDir, etc commands that I've been using since VB3. I might have to look into this.
