Run it through your hands a few times and then touch a screw on the light switch. Or put in on a hanger and hang it outside the shower door and take a real long hot shower.

Put just a touch of liquid downy in a spray bottle with lots of water, shake, spray lightly, let dry :)

Get some fabric softener sheets (like Bounce), toss your shirt in the dryer with a fabric softener, and you'll be straight. That stuff has anti-static things in it or something, and it'll get rid of the static. If you're in a real hurry, just drag a sheet of that stuff over your shirt, it'll get rid of most of the static.

if you have a shower, run some hot water, so you get some steam... the steam can help with the static... of course, put your shirt somewhere else other than inside the shower.

oh, the steam can also help with some minor wrinkles....
