How do you get Staples to price match (PM)?

Using a PM at Staples is often the topic of posts in this forum. I have yet to make use of this seemingly common practice, so I have some questions.

- What is the process for getting a PM?
- Can this be done online or only at B&M locations?
- Is there a limit to the number of products you can PM in a single transaction?
