how do you get rid of those annoying debugging errors in IE from VC++??

i get these weird errors aking me to debug and all such when there is poor or non scriptable code in a web page. I believe this is due to MS Visual C++. Any help or settings i can switch to alleviate this situation?

tools->internet options->advanced->disable script debugging
