How do you get rid of the "convert" option moving audio files to android?

It is pretty annoying every time I move a music file that is not MP3 to android, Windows asks me if I want to convert it. How do I get rid of this prompt?

Don't transfer via data cable? get a phone that supports what ever you are transferring natively? The data cable transfers through the operating system so it file checks everything to file types it can play out of the box. You are free to use other file transfer methods like USB stick, sd card, and wifi.
