unfortunately you can't localize fat burning. If you want to lose chin fat you gotta lose it everywhere! :( Do some cardio!

i was about to suggest random chomping. anywhere and everywhere

Uhmmm . . . wouldn't that mean that in all likelihood the fat is not just on your chin? People I see with fat on the chin usually have fat elsewhere. So lose the weight where applicable! In the process you'll lose the one on your chin. Even those people I see with a reasonable body who have fat on their chin area still have fat on their body (i.e., are plump). I think you have to work the whole body, then your system comes together shedding the fat everywhere.

I suppose you aren't mistakening wrinkle for fat? LOL! ;)

I could understand fat on the face with a slender body, since I have some friends who are like that. Even that's just more of a swell than fat. In that case they stopped eating certain foods. One of my friends started to eat just fish or chicken and wouldn't eat meat anymore, since the meat was the cause of the face swell. In this case it's the chin though . . . uhmmm. . . .

Fine one to talk you are! All your pict are with your head cut off! Of course that could be an act of kindness on your part!

LMAO! Hey handsome! Yes, it's probably an act of kindness! (I always have to bag that face.)

What puts you in such great mood today? You seem so happy. Good to see you happy! :D

By the way, don't even try . . . I'm not the one with the fat on the face issue. A couple of my friends/relatives. They are skinny but have a swell on the face when they eat certain foods.

I grew a beard. And lost 15 pounds. Now all the ladies...treat me the same. Which is good. Because I like things....very very much.

It always amazes me when someone asks, how do i get rid of fat on my <bodypart>... It's the same for any bodypart, it doesn't change....

You consume less calories than you expend, that is how you loose fat, there are no magical ways around it, either you start excersising to expend more or you consume less... the best way is a combination of the two...

You know, the fat that hangs off your chin and the throat area.

chin exercise?

hehehe

Yes, like eating. Preferrably pizza, chocolate, and donuts. Eating one of those for 3 hours/day should exercise the chin area, and you will lose the excess fat.
