I've used car, truck, bus, motorcycle, and bicycle. Probably car, bicycle, and motorcycle the most out of those. I'd have to narrow it down to car overall though simply because it is the most efficient at hauling my carcass over long distances. I would also say that I've spent no small amount of time finding alternate ways of commuting shorter distances (less than 12 miles) by alternate means, and by that I mean cycling 10 miles to work 2-3 days a week by bicycle for 2+ years. I have owned a truck too and during that time I worked some 30+ miles away so I carpooled 3 days a week and then on Fridays I took the train down the coast and rode my bicycle in from there. San Diego is slowly becoming a city of alternate means of transportation and it is fairly bike friendly IMO.
My commute now is entirely impossible to do by bicycle even by mixing it with public transportation so I'm strictly car/motorcycle. If that changed by some miracle of modern planning I would definitely consider going back to the bicycle. I really loved it and on the worst traffic days it was actually faster than driving.
