(My CONROE's memory hasn't arrived yet, so I am still a noobie when it comes to dual processors.)

Elsewhere I saw a forum response that told the original poster to run a specific test program under both of his CPUs at the same time.

My question is how do you get a program to run under a specific CPU?

 
Set processor affinity using Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Dl).
