I eat pretty much anything and fairly often. When people see me eat, they are suprised to see the amount of food I eat. However, I just can't seem to gain weight. Is there a way I could gain weight without eating unhealthy foods? (i.e. burgers, too much sweets, etc)

Lift to gain muscle? Muscle weighs proportionally more than fat.

I would say just eat more calories than you burn off, but you're probably one of those disgusting high-metabolism types that would burn calories in a coma. :D

protein + creatine = easy fast weight

(you gotta keep it up though, once you stop using hte creatine, the water weight will drop quickly)

eat a lot of tuna, chicken, lean cuts of beef, brown or long grain rice.

snack on peanuts, they are full of the good fats.

also take protein shakes.

I tried for many years to gain weight. I ate a lot and even resorted to drinking lots of beer too. I guess I never ate enough because I gained very little weight until I hit my early thirties. After that I could gain or loose weight at-will by controlling my diet. I don't have to stuff my self to gain weight now. I can just eat 500-1000 extra calories a week and put on 3-5 lbs a month or do the reverse. I did have to generally cut back on my food consumption after my early thirties. There was a period where I was up to 210 lbs from my earlier average weight of 145 lbs. I stay around 185 now. It was like one year my metabolism shifted and I could gain weight. I guess my problem was that I was always really physically active. I guess I should have tried playing more Nintendo!

Eat slightly larger meals (good quality of course), less frequently. If you eat like a typical person that is trying to lose weight, you'll only boost your metabolism more (smaller meals, more frequently per day).

Remember.. Base Metabolic Rate + any additional calories burnt must not exceed what you take in..

Approximately 3500 calories, excess, in one week, will net you one pound of weight gain.

That is a key figure. Again, it all boils down to intaking more than you burn off..
Some people have higher metabolisms'.. some lower..

Tuna is a great source for protein without the negative aspects of fat. You could eat a can a night before going to sleep and be ok.

Go see a doctor, first.

If you're just eat less than you should (metabolism-wise), then bulk.
