How do you fully uninstall Video card drivers?

I have a Radeon 8500 128MB DDR, and I uninstalled the drivers from the control panel, but I was told that that wasn't enough. I remember reading on an ATI forum somewhere that you have to do something else, but sadly I can't find the forum. Anyone know how to remove the drivers and/or an ATI forum?? Thanks

www.rage3d.com is the place you wanna go. Do a search of C: drive for 'ati' and delete all of them then do this:

Hit 'Start". "Run", and type in regedit.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ATI Technologies] and delete it the 'ATI Technologies' entry. This should get rid of the last traces of yer RADEON card. Also, reboot right afterwards.

Actually, there's another spot too..

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet001\Control]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet002\Control]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control]

and you'll want to delete the Video folder in each section.
