how do you format blank CDRW in Win XP?

I can't figure it out. The FAQ thread here did not address this.

If it makes any difference, I've got a Plextor CDRW drive that uses Direct CD as its native packet writing software. Unfortunately, Direct CD does not work in XP.

If you want to erase a CDRW, just right click on the drive (from explorer/My Computer)
and chose erase while the disk is in the drive. That is if you have the CD Services enabled.

If you mean you want to format a CDRW for packet writing, you need to get Easy CD Creator 5.1. for
that to work on XP.

DirectCD works inWinXP. I just downloaded WinXP upgrade for EZ CD Creator 5. All EZCD apps works except Take2.
