Isnt there a little tiny hole at the back of it? Just reset it with a pen, i think. That was the deal with My Palm 3X anyway...

Ummm not so easy it seems. I've pressed the reset button in the back and it does reset, but programs are still on there. Maybe I should ask, how do I remove programs from the palm without a computer?

edit: for example, I have apps here like Scoutsync and Omnisky that does not go away. I want to clear every app but the default ones. help?

Hold down the reset button on the back and then press the power button on the front. Either that, or do it the other way around (hold power and then press reset) or maybe it's the up button and reset. Anyway, whichever it is, this will wipe it totally clean.

To remove apps on my Handspring Visor, I hit the menu choice on the screen and the first option is "Delete", choose that and it has a list of apps. Just choose and delete. Alternatively, there's a shortcut to this (again, on my Visor) which is /D (bottom to top on the slash).

You gotta like hold down some button when you press the reset button blah blah....I prefer to just take the damn batteries out for like 2 mins.

Put it in a microwave. Then go out and buy a compaq Ipaq. j/k push in the pin then hit the power button, it will ask you if you are sure that you want to erase.
